Prof. (Dr.) Subhash C Gupta, Ph D in Law and Ph D in Management, is a recipient of WORLD 2000 MILLENIUM AWARD conferred by World Institution Building Program – an affiliate of UN, ECOSOC, UNDP, UNCED, and UNICEF. His education in Delhi University includes LLM and LLB from Campus Law Center, MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, MA in Political Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Law of International Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Law of International Institutions, Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws from Indian Law Institute Dr Gupta is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London; Member of the International Council of Jurists, London; Member Governing Council, International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR); Chairman Research Committee, ICADR; Delhi Bar Association; Fellow of Indian Council of Arbitration; IPR Council of ASSOCHAM; International Economic Development Research Centre; Indian National Bar Association; Indian Arbitration Forum.
