This includes all those disputes or disagreements over certain procedure/fees or other operations which may arise between the clients and banks/financial institutions.

Disputes related to loans

This includes all those claims, cases or disputes which shall arise during the financing of loans.This shall include collateral loans, car loans, personal loans etc.

Disputes related to Bank deposits, current accounts, bank transfers or leasing or other financial services

This includes all those claims, cases or disputes which shall be related to bank deposits, current accounts, bank transfer or leasing.

Bankruptcy/Insolvency

If any dispute arises during the bankruptcy/insolvency the same shall be included in this particular head. This shall include the disputes related to the debtor’s claim, asset evaluation etc.

Reducing loan balances

includes the disputes/disagreements for the reduction of loan balances where the creditor is not in capacity to pay the whole amount.

    The elimination certain contractual clauses

    This includes all those disputes or disagreements over issues with foreclosures, recalculating and decreasing interest rates, rescheduling or reorganising loans, returning money or removals from the loan office.
